About Inner Spark Coaching

Hello, I am Debbie the founder of Inner Spark.

My first hand experience of navigating menopause, career advancement, returning to work after maternity leave, infertility and adoption, have provided me with personal insights into the crucial need for support during and after these diverse life phases.

I am a working Mum of 2 boys and a professional with diverse experience across various corporate settings. Throughout my career I've had the privilege of assisting and mentoring individuals in both their personal and professional growth.

I qualified initially as a Life Coach with The Coaching Academy,  and then qualified further as a Menopause Coach with the 

Kathryn Colas Academy.
