At the first session we have a chat about where you are and how you are feeling.
You decide on what you would like to focus on in the session.
Consider where you are at the present.
Discuss some of your options.
Agree on the actions you feel comfortable with that will help you to achieve
what you want.
Talk about the next steps and the way forward.
The sessions last 60 minutes. The sessions can take place every 2-3 weeks
depending upon your timelines and progress.
The sessions are run via video call usually Zoom or Skype. Or can be conducted by phone if this is your preferred method although video call is usually a better experience.

You decide on what you would like to focus on in the session. This could be anything from how you can best support your Menopause journey to understanding the alternatives to HRT.
